Your Role:
As our General Manager in Shanghai, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, responsible for steering the company towards its strategic goals. Your leadership will ensure our projects, processes, and team dynamics are aligned with our vision, driving growth and excellence in every facet of our business.

 

Your Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Lead the Shanghai branch, embodying our values of trust, reliability, and innovation.
  • Design and refine operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Oversee financial management, ensuring the branch’s fiscal health and sustainability.
  • Drive strategic planning to develop the company, its team, and the services we offer.
  • Foster a culture of leadership and professional development among team members.
  • Liaise with international partners, suppliers, and clients.
  • Develop new business partnerships with local and global brands and institutions.
  • Champion our commitment to creating immersive and memorable space experiences.

 

Your Qualifications and Skills:
A strong CV and portfolio are expected, showcasing a range of references as evidence of the following experience, qualifications, and skills:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the creative industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and 5 years working in China.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese is essential. German is a desirable asset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in designing and improving processes and workflows.
  • Financial Acumen: Competence in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Educational Background: A university degree relevant to business management or the creative industry, architecture, or a comparable field.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to new challenges.
